I really enjoyed this book. Each book I read by Barbi Cox, keeps getting better and better. This book is called an enemies to lovers romance, but I don't know about that. Yes, Max and Valerie said they hated each other. Yes, Max, Valerie's next door neighbor, was having very loud parties each night, and was having wild times with a different, very thin female, each time outside where she could see them, but, she was also using her binoculars to get a better view. Valerie is a recently divorced, plus sized model and part of a mean girls like reality show. Max is a sexy pro soccer player. Lets just say there is a strong attraction between them, as they also become fake Fiancées. I really like how he likes her curves, and will not let her put herself down. What develops is a very good story that I do recommend. I have already pre-ordered the next book in this series.

Max, a soccer player loves to party all night and keep Valerie up with the loud music. Eventually, things take a turn and they fall for each other. Max loves Val and shows it despite his team, parents and others comments about Vals weight. He makes it clear, he loves all of her and she is perfect for him. Great story about Max and Valerie. I enjoyed Max a ton and his playful character. He’s sexy, hot, a sex Superman, and he treats Valerie’s negative weight comments head on. An added bonus is that he loves to spank her ass and she actually responds with “harder”. They detest each other until they can’t get enough. Valerie is a plus size model that frankly needed to get over the need to constantly be told this wasn’t a joke or a lie. That did start to get old.
